Christmas meeting

It was time of christmas, everywhere christamas !!!!!!! Although it was formal meeting of the whole follo , it became very interesting because of informal environment .it was gathering of whole follo youth, we were making papers cakes and also having meeting at he same time.

Leadership campaign

Last weekend I was involved in Leadership campaign from 21st November to 23rd, In Gardeameon . It was the gathering of all the leader of Akershuus district. We involved in different activities in that period. First day we reached there around 5pm, after that we had short program for that evening. Leader and deputy leader of Akershus Youth and we played a small role play about human trafficking in that program.
22nd program started at 9am with the refreshment of the last day. There was General assembly from 9 to 12 am. They make 3 years plan and talk about new laws and changes. Than Akershus Red Cross youth had presentation about their activities. At the beginning there was presentation by council on district level. Akershus youth had their presentation about there activities. The search and rescue team had presentation about activities. We had good chance of gain knowledge about LOUP; we knew various things about leadership, organization and development in that presentation. We also involved in workshop of communication and conflict. I found it is very important things for any organization. We did different kinds of activities in practical ways.
After lunch there was meeting and discussion of plan of action for local level in the evening we meet National president (Sven Mdlekieiv) of Norwegian Red cross. His speech was really inspirable and motivating. All people of that program were very happy by his commitment. We had social evening at that day, we enjoy with Christmas dinner at that evening.it was very good time meeting with all leaders of Akershus District . We discuss about how to find new member in Red Cross.In the evening we had Social evening which was very interesting and unforgettable.

Norwegian climate

I am so suprise seeing the climate of Norway . it is changing all the time . when i were here in August there was bright around 9 pm but now it is dark around 4pm. I rarely see the Sun. some time i miss sun light very much. Snow is another surprise for me, although i am from the country of many mountains but i never experience so much snow before. everywhere snow. I really loved this snow.

Cluster bomb banned campaign in Oslo

It was 3rd December, a very important day in the history of world . It was very memorable day for everyone who loves peace. It is my pleasure and good luck that i got the experience of all those things from my bare eyes .It was the movement which successes to attacked the attention of the whole world.

In the morning of the 3rd December we were so excited to work for that treaty . We meet many representative from different country. It was really nice and memorial time of my life.
More than 100 countries were signing in that campaign. It was the big gathering of many intellectual people and also great achievement of red cross youth. We celebrate that day doing different activities to support the program.

It was also good time meeting with ICRC president and in Red cross youth stand. He was really impressed by the activities of red cross youth.

Kick off

There was kick off for Anti human trafficking in 8th of November. It was big management of Akershus red cross youth. we did different kinds of games, role plays. and also presentation about human trafficking condition at the same day .

My visit in Oslo university

Being a youth delegate, i have very good time to have different experience. In 30th October i got good opportunity to do presentation in Oslo university, about Human trafficking in Nepal. This program was arranged by Oslo Red cross. There were many people from different organization. They were sharing about the condition of human trafficking in the World. At that time i was very happy because i am representing my country.There were around 50 people, who were very interested to know about Nepal. We talkwd many things about the program and the trafficking.

Ice skating

It was 16th November when i was invited by the Oppagård red cross . we were supposed to making fun to the asylum children by Ice skating . I was so excited to play in the skating hall. Really, it was exciting Because it was first time I entered in the skating hall. After preparing ourselves wearings skating clothes and shoes. I fall down badly in the entrance of the hall, when I tried to stand up I falled down again. After that when I tried to stand I cannot stand myself. Two of my friend came to help me but I made them falled with me .

Oh god ,skating is not the joke, it may be dangerous. I was there for helping the children but they help me .I fall many times not only myself but I also made others falled down. Although I passed around 3 month in Norway, during this period I have experience of many different things.

We were more than 15 people in the group. There were many people in the skating hall most of them were children ,I fell it is too late me to learn skating. That is true that although I was from the county of Himalayas I never experience of skating . Because I am not from the mountains reason. After this I came to know that I will learn to skating . And looking forward to join another program of ice skating.
