International exchange program

It was 20th september, we were invitited by Oppegård Red cross.It was the program for international youth evening "All different, all equal" ,we did presentation about Red cross exchange program and our first impression in Norway.International exchange organization AFS talks about their exchange programmes and students from AFS living in Norway talks about there experiences coming to Norway.It was very memorabile time for us because we share different experience and Nepali dance as well. which was given very emphasize in the Oppegård local news paper.

Learning Norsk

It is not easy job to learn other language , we took part the norwegian class from 29th september for 3 week. I tried to learn but able to catch very few sentences in that period,but it was great time meeting with different people from different who were eager to learn Norwegian language.During the course period,we share different feelings and opinion about various things. It was really educational.

Living in Åråsen

I am living in Åråsen student appartment inLillistrøm. It is located in very peace residential area.It is big and beautiful ,this is my home for nine month where many international student are living as there home. It is very nice to live hear with the small and cute room.

Red cross training

It was another training focusing on the youth delegate program it started on 31st August. we learn many things about Red cross and it`s movement .It was good oportunity to gain new knowledge about different Red cross society( Colombian, Sudan ,Rwanda ,Nepal and Norwegian ) as well. Wel earned many different things and activities in with entertainment. Active choice and rule of war was really interesting topic ot that training.

First day Volunteer service in Norway

It was just after our arrivel. There were international Mela fastival in Oslo. Youth Red cross had stand over there, we did different kinds of activity to explore Knowledge about Red cross and Red cross youth.

Working with Red Cross youth

It was first day work in Red cross when we came to our district .My first impresson is very good towards youth volunteer. They are very active and creative in there work. we had Red cross stand infront of Årasen studium , It was the occusation of football match .
